A cooperation agreement was concluded on 28 January 2026 between the Statistical Office in Wrocław and the Children’s University Foundation, concerning the implementation of educational workshops entitled “How to Count How Many People There Are in the World?”.
Cooperation Agreement with the University of Wrocław, Institute of Economic Sciences, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics
On 17 March 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between the University of Wrocław, Institute of Economic Sciences at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, represented by Dean Prof. Jacek Przygodzki and Prof. Katarzyna Szalonka, Director of the Institute of Economic Sciences, and the Statistical Office in Wrocław, represented by Ms Halina Woźniak, Director of the Office.
Cooperation Agreement with the Municipality of Wrocław
A cooperation agreement was concluded on 17 February between the Municipality of Wrocław, represented by the Director of the Wrocław Centre for Social Development, and the Statistical Office in Wrocław.

Letter of Intent – “Pro-environmental Actions and Investments in Households”
On 11 October 2024, a letter of intent was signed between the Institute for Territorial Development, the Institute of Economic Sciences at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, and the Statistical Office in Wrocław, concerning cooperation in the implementation of the project “Pro-environmental actions and investments in household activities”.

On 16 April 2024, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Statistical Office in Wrocław, represented by Ms Halina Woźniak, Acting Director, and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Labour Office in Wałbrzych, represented by Mr Bartosz Kotecki, Director.
Letter of Intent – “The Future of the Polish–Czech Labour Market”
On 8 February 2024, a declaration of cooperation and intention was signed by the Statistical Office in Wrocław regarding participation in the project “The Future of the Polish–Czech Labour Market”, implemented in cooperation with the Regional Economic Chamber of Liberec (lead partner) and the Karkonosze Regional Development Agency S.A.

On 3 March 2021, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Medical University in Legnica, represented by Rector Prof. Ryszard Pękała, and the Statistical Office in Wrocław, represented by Ms Halina Woźniak, Acting Director.
Cooperation Agreement with Wrocław University of Economics and Business, Statistics Poland and the Statistical Office in Wrocław
On 3 June 2019, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Wrocław University of Economics and Business, represented by Rector Prof. Andrzej Kaleta, Statistics Poland, represented by President Dr Dominik Rozkrut, and the Statistical Office in Wrocław, represented by Director Dr Małgorzata Wojtkowiak-Jakacka.
The agreement concerned the establishment of cooperation within the EMOS programme (European Master in Official Statistics).
Framework Cooperation Agreement with Wrocław University of Science and Technology (valid until 2 June 2021)

On 12 January 2012, a cooperation agreement was signed between Statistics Poland, represented by President Prof. Janusz Witkowski, the Wrocław University of Economics, represented by Rector Prof. Bogusław Fiedor, and the Statistical Office in Wrocław, represented by Director Dr Małgorzata Wojtkowiak-Jakacka.
The agreement established cooperation in the exchange of information and joint research, analytical and statistical projects.

Cooperation Agreement with the Education Authority
On 10 January 2011, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Lower Silesian Board of Education in Wrocław, represented by Deputy Education Superintendent Danuta Leśniewska, and the Statistical Office in Wrocław, represented by Director Dr Małgorzata Wojtkowiak-Jakacka.
The agreement aimed to strengthen cooperation in the field of statistical education for pupils.
