Who Is Required to Submit Statistical Reports?
Entities of the national economy for which a statistical reporting obligation has been specified in the Programme of Statistical Surveys of Official Statistics are required to submit data electronically via the Statistics Poland Reporting Portal.
Submission of data in paper form is permitted only for entities employing no more than five persons.
An entity is informed about its reporting obligation:
- by traditional mail, if it does not yet have an activated account in the Statistics Poland Reporting Portal;
- by e-mail sent to the address provided during account registration in the Reporting Portal, if the account is already active.
First-Time Access to the Reporting Portal
Access to the Statistics Poland Reporting Portal is available through a previously activated account.
To activate an account, temporary authentication credentials (ID and password) must be used. These credentials are sent to the entity by post from a Statistical Office or generated by the person responsible for reporting within the enterprise or institution.
Before submitting a report, it is recommended to:
- read the “Reporting Portal Guide”, which provides technical information, instructions on logging in, completing reporting forms, and creating accounts for additional users;

The Statistics Poland Reporting Portal provides applications that enable users to complete reporting forms online.
For entities with an activated Reporting Portal account, a reminder notification is sent before each reporting deadline.
